be quiet! has recently launched the Light Base PC Case Series as well as the Light Wings LX Fans to help fans build a brand new rig filled with style and features.
Let’s start with the PC case first. The Light Base series is built for versatility, offering three distinct orientations: standard (right side), inverted (left side), and horizontal, and one can easily switch between them thanks to the removable feet. You also get a VGA holder compatible with all orientations and two ARGB/fan hubs with 12 connectors.
It is also quite spacious as it can support up to 3 drives (1x 3.5″ and 2x 2.5″) as well as a motherboard tray that works with “cable-less” motherboards likeAsus BTF, MSI Project Zero, and Gigabyte Project Stealth. The cases also come with an advanced I/O panel that includes a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port, a reset button, and an ARGB control button.
To make things easier, the Light Base 900 FX offers detachable radiator and fan mounts for cooling setups, supporting radiators up to 420 mm on top and bottom, with additional space for a 360 mm radiator on the side. The case comes pre-installed with four Light Wings 140 mm PWM fans: one regular fan at the rear and three reverse-blade fans on the side for optimal airflow. For users who prefer to customize their cooling, the Light Base 900 DX offers the same features without pre-installed fans. Both models support larger motherboard formats, including E-ATX and XL-ATX.
For those seeking a smaller case, the Light Base 600 LX supports motherboards up to ATX and radiators up to 360 mm on the top and bottom, with space for an additional 240 mm radiator on the side. It comes pre-installed with one 120 mm Light Wings LX fan at the rear and three reverse-blade fans on the side. The Light Base 600 DX, similar to the 600 LX, offers all the same features but without the pre-installed fans, giving users full control over their cooling setup.
Now to the Light Wings LX series of PC fans that aims to modernize the original Light Wings series with better and brighter ARGB lighting with illumination on both the front and rear blades. The Light Wings LX series balances high performance and quiet operation, making it ideal for both case cooling and use with heat sinks and radiators. Available in 120mm and 140mm sizes and in black or white, Light Wings LX is designed to meet the needs of performance-focused PC builders.
be quiet! also provided some flexibility through multiple versions of RPM speeds and blade counts so that those who need some more “oomph” can opt for the more powerful versions. They will be sold in colors of black and white, with triple-packs available for both colors, and single black fans sold separately.
