Delta has announced it will be joining the Industrial Transformation ASIA-PACIFIC (ITAP 2024) to showcase its modular and integrated portfolio, designed to optimize processes, save space, address labor shortages, and improve power distribution and renewable energy management.

Delta Industrial Automation

Delta’s smart manufacturing solutions address production efficiency and sustainability challenges as the market shifts toward low-volume, high-variety production. The Digital Twin Solution, featuring the DIATwin Virtual Machine Development Platform and the Reconfigurable Transformer Machine, enables engineers to optimize production virtually, improving coating quality and reducing programming time.

The brand’s building automation systems also offer easy energy management and smart workspace solutions. These include programmable controllers, touch panels, and IoT interfaces to create more integrated office environments. For example, Delta’s Intelligent Meeting Room Control allows users to press a single button to lower blinds, adjust temperature, dim lights, and start a presentation to create the ideal meeting room environment.

At ITAP 2024, attendees can also explore Delta’s Energy Storage System (ESS), designed to enhance energy efficiency and support sustainable practices. The ESS manages power effectively by balancing energy demand and optimizing renewable energy usage. With advanced battery technology and cloud-based management, ESS offers reliable renewable energy storage for homes, businesses, and utilities, helping users reduce energy costs while supporting a greener future.

Delta will also feature its Linear Pocket Actuator LPL Series, designed to improve production efficiency in the electronics and semiconductor industries. This system integrates with Delta’s AC Servo System for precise, high-speed pick-and-place operations. By ensuring the gentle handling of delicate materials, it minimizes damage and guarantees precision, making it a key solution for manufacturers looking to boost quality, speed, and accuracy.

Additionally, ITAP 2024 attendees can experience Delta’s AIDEN (Autonomous Intelligence for Delivery and Engagement) service robot, developed by the Delta Research Center. AIDEN operates in existing spaces without the need for building modifications, offering time and cost savings. With capabilities such as pressing elevator buttons, navigating multi-floor environments, and yielding to people, AIDEN provides smooth and safe movement. Equipped with AI-powered vision, cameras, and sensors, it adapts to real-time obstacles and responds intuitively, making it a cutting-edge solution in robotics.

For those who are going to attend ITAP 2024 from October 14 to 16 at the Singapore Expo, you can find Delta’s booth at Hall 3, 3G11. More information about its participation can be found here.
