MSI has just announced the start of online registration for the long-awaited MGA 2024 (MSI Gaming Arena) covering Southeast and South Asia regions.
Featuring Valorant as the competition, the MGA 2024 will see a maximum of 32 teams each from Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh.
Online registration has just begun and will be open until 25th August, 11:59 PM (GMT+8). Participating teams will initially compete in online regional qualifiers, followed by online playoffs, with all matches being livestreamed on MSI’s official YouTube channel.
After that, the winners of playoffs will then move on to the grand finals that will be held at the MSI booth during the Thailand Game Show 2024, at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center in Bangkok. Another side note is that the brand will be covering the accommodation, airfare, visas, and transportation for the finalists.
Here is the full schedule from the online registration period to the grand finals:
- Online Registration — 5th August, 12:00 PM (GMT+8) to 25th August, 11:59 PM (GMT+8)
- Online Regional Qualifiers — 12th September to 17th September
- Online Playoffs — 21st and 22nd September
- Grand Finals — 19th and 20th October
