One of the highlights is the Lexar Professional Go Portable SSD with Hub, a 1-2TB portable SSD specifically crafted for mobile video creators. Its unique design offers flexibility with or without an integrated hub, allowing users to connect additional devices such as lights, microphones, and power sources. With a USB 3.2 Gen 2 interface, this SSD achieves impressive speeds—up to 1050MB/s for reading and 1000MB/s for writing. This speed and compatibility make it ideal for capturing 4K 60fps ProRes footage on devices like the iPhone 15 Pro and similar devices, offering a streamlined way to manage high-quality video production on the go. Lexar also introduced the SL500 and SL500 with Magnetic Set SSDs, designed for professional and business use. These slim, high-speed storage solutions boast speeds of up to 2000MB/s for reading and 1800MB/s for writing. The Magnetic Set variant comes with a Type-C cable, a magnetic case, and a ring for easier attachment to devices, offering both performance and convenience. For users who need more rugged storage, Lexar offers the Professional ARMOR 700 Portable SSD. Lexar provides a range of high-performance memory cards for photographers and videographers. The CFexpress Type B GOLD and CFexpress Type A SILVER cards support 8K video recording, while the SILVER and SILVER PLUS SDXC/microSDXC series offer maximum read speeds of 205MB/s and write speeds of 150MB/s, optimized for 4K video at 60fps. These cards are aimed at content creators needing reliable, high-speed storage to capture ultra-high-definition footage.
In the SSD sector, Lexar introduced the NM790 and PLAY 2280 M.2 PCIe 4.0 SSDs with storage capacities of up to 8TB. Built with high-performance gaming in mind, these SSDs deliver read speeds of 7400MB/s and write speeds of 6500MB/s, minimizing load times and providing smooth gameplay experiences.
