This month marks one year since ASUS officially took over Intel’s NUC portfolio in 2023.

ASUS NUC 1 Year Anniversary

Now recognized for its outstanding performance, quality, and reliability, ASUS NUC has maintained the compact form factor advantage while serving as a distinctive alternative to traditional desktops. ASUS NUCs are crafted to handle a range of demanding applications from professional workloads and gaming to AI tasks by offering the stability and performance that users need in today’s AI-driven world.

“As we celebrate our one-year anniversary of taking over Intel’s NUC portfolio, we remain dedicated to pushing innovation further and delivering cutting-edge technology to our customers,” said Jackie Hsu, Senior Vice President and Co-Head of the Open Platform and AIoT Business Groups. “The launch of the world’s first AI mini PC and a smooth transition for NUC users emphasize our commitment to maintaining leadership in the industry.”

ASUS has further enhanced the NUC lineup by making it Copilot-certified, using Intel Core Ultra processors (Series 2), which combine CPU, GPU, and NPU for advanced AI capabilities. The recently introduced ASUS NUC 14 Pro AI, showcased at IFA 2024, delivers exceptional AI performance, opening new possibilities for complex computing tasks and providing a flexible alternative to AI laptops.

Additionally, the new ROG NUC and NUC 14 Performance expand ASUS’s AI NUC lineup. These models represent significant strides in ultra-compact computing, tailored for both gaming and versatile commercial applications, with high-performance components packed into streamlined designs.
