TEAMGROUP has just introduced two new specifications for its CAMM2 memory series: the consumer-grade CAMM2 DDR5-7200MHz and industrial-grade CAMM2 DDR5-6400MHz.
Starting with the consumer-grade CAMM2 memory, it operates at DDR5-7200MHz CL34-42-42-84 with manual overclocking and achieves write/copy/read speeds up to 108,000MB/s, 106,000MB/s, and 117,000MB/s respectively. This results in reduced latency and outstanding performance for large applications, gaming, or multitasking.
On the other hand, the robust industrial-grade CAMM2 DDR-6400MHz is tailored for industrial control, edge computing, and AI applications, offering strong support for high-performance computing and real-time data processing across various settings, including smart manufacturing, autonomous driving, and so on.
Featuring an integrated CKD (Client Clock Driver) for enhanced signal integrity, the CAMM2 memory also boasts an advanced thermal design that improves heat dissipation efficiency, maximizing performance within a compact space.
With that said, there’s currently no pricing on the CAMM2 memory series, but TEAMGROUP has stated that it’s expected to arrive in Q1 2025.
